Fall Birch - Painting?
You all know what its like on a rainy fall day in Door County. You were wishing for beautiful blue skies and wispy white clouds floating above the gorgeous blues and greens of the lake-shore. When the weather takes a turn so do I...into the depths of the Door, watching for color and texture. This day also happened to be very windy. I was pretty sure this image would get deleted the moment I saw it on the big screen of the computer.....BUT....it ended up looking like THIS. I love the natural blurring effect of the moving trees and leaves. Still very much a picture of fall birch and tall green grasses...but with the look of movement and of a painting! I just LOVED the way it turned out. Let me know what you think.
